The Pencil has five meeting rooms that turn into private dining spaces by night for intimate dinner parties or functions, and one outdoor terrace with access to the pool and rooftop bar.

Our passion for unforgettable events and encounters lies in the detail of the spaces that already exist within the Club. Our luxurious setting forms an idyllic platform for storytelling, so whether it be a Monday meeting, a Saturday soirée, or a Whimsical Wedding, The Pencil provides the perfect space for any memory looking to be made.

Our spaces range in size from eight to 200 sqm and have capacity of up to 120 people. Food and Drink menus, ranging from cocktails and canapés to five-course dinners, are specially curated by our Executive Chef and Events Coordinator to suit your dining needs.
